I do. I long for a life filled with beauty and tranquility. When I visit other countries it becomes clear to me how busy we keep ourselves here in America. I work hard to maintain that feeling as long as possible when I return home. An important ingredient in the maintenance process is adjusting my daily routine.
Though I am a makeup artist (and an avid lipstick collector), I believe in living simply, even in "my" beauty routine.
Colorful, but simple.
Yes, we are busy people, but beauty doesn’t have to be difficult or time-consuming. Your beauty routine can be a simple and uplifting ritual, a practice of daily self-care.
Aaand it only takes about 10 minutes!
How do you get that simple but gorgeous glow in just minutes?
Think drench, conceal, and tint.
Hydrate your skin with a nourishing moisturizer and then slather on that SPF!
Conceal those little pesky areas. No need to cover up the beauty of your whole face, right?
Add a bit of color to your cheeks to give you a youthful glow.
Fill in your eyebrows; they are the window to the soul. Okay, your eyes are actually the windows to your soul, but I promise, filling in your brows lifts and frames the face so perfectly. Sometimes you don’t even need anything else!
Comb on some black mascara and swipe a tint of color on the lips, and you are set!
Bonus points if you highlight your cheekbones :)
So true about the eyebrows. I’m glad you said that. Even a tiny bit of brow gel looks amazing !
